There are 8 steps to complete in that hour, so even if you allocate between 6-10 minutes per step, it’s better than nothing. If you’ve got more time to spare, even better! Just start somewhere!! Building the daily habit is the underlying factor that will determine the degree of impact this morning routine can have on your day, your business and your life.
